How We Support You

Venue Selection
If you haven’t chosen a venue yet, we’ll help you narrow the options and avoid unproductive site visits. Once a venue is selected, we review contracts carefully so you understand exactly what’s included before committing your deposit.

Design & Style
This is where creativity shines. We translate your vision into a cohesive design plan, complete with inspiration boards, rental coordination, and thoughtful details that make your wedding feel personal and intentional.

Vendor Management
We work with a trusted network of photographers, florists, musicians, officiants, and more — all professionals we know and trust. We guide selections, review contracts, and manage communication throughout the process.

Wedding Day Management
On your wedding day, we are on site before you’ve had your first cup of coffee. Our day-of coordination is included and ensures every element stays on track — from vendor load-in to the final send-off.

Our full planning package includes budget development, timeline creation, vendor coordination, logistics mapping, site visits, and complete wedding day management.

Partial Planning + Day of Coordination

Starting at $1200 when when booked with Roux Catering. Designed for couples who have handled much of the planning themselves but want expert support as the wedding approaches. Your planner will step in two weeks prior to your wedding date to coordinate final details with vendors, confirm timelines and layouts, and ensure everything is ready to go.Your planner will attend your rehearsal and be by your side from the first cup of coffee on your wedding day — managing logistics, overseeing vendors, and making sure the celebration unfolds seamlessly.
