We will help plan your event, manage logistics and all vendors to ensure the event runs smoothly and meets your expectations. Each proposal will be crafted with your specific event in mind but services often include: budget, design, vendor management, timeline, day of logistics and management, swag sourcing, food & beverage management, audio & visual production, speaker support and entertainment booking.

Event Registration & Ticketing
You can trust our expertise in this area. We can manage everything from website creation to lanyards or anything in between. We provide ticketing and registration services to help streamline the process of selling tickets, managing registrations, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience for attendees. We offer these services through trusted online platforms.

National Venue Selection
Our experience in multiple national venues will allow us to guide you to the perfect one that fits your event needs. We encourage choosing venues that are LEED certified in support of green design goals.

Sustainable & Green Decor & Design
We encourage all our clients to embrace green event design and look for ways to minimize their environmental impact by prioritizing eco-friendly practices throughout the planning process. We work with vendors that share our commitment and focus on waste reduction and management. We work with food and beverage providers who use locally produced products and avoid single use anything. We encourage plastic free events and opting for electronic event materials over printing whenever possible.

Audio Visual Production & Content Creation
We perform an AV assessment to determine needed equipment, technical aspects and logistics for achieving the desired presentation outcome and then present a comprehensive plan which includes stage production, screens, speaker placement and special effects. We can also create or integrate content into the audiovisual production. During the event we will manage run of show and execute all production elements.
