No Single Use Anything. From sugar to plates we try to make decisions that do not contribute to the trash stream. The impact on the budget is minimal and we will guide you through the process.
Buy local. On average food travels 1500 miles to get your table. We buy from local ranchers and farmers and we shop at the our local farmer’s market. We are so blessed to have SO many year round markets. SUPPORT THEM.
No Waste. We try not to contribute to the waste stream and a big part of that is properly sorting debris at your event. We provide appropriate receptacles with signage to help with the process.
We NEVER throw away food. We will help you make menu decisions that mitigate food waste but when there is extra food we give it to our non-profit NoHungerHere.
Give Back. We help folks in our community who are in food crisis by giving a portion of our profits to our non-profit NoHungerHere. We also support vendors who give back to the community. We encourage you to look for ways to support folks who are doing good.
