Our Green Commitment

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of a difference you want to make.

Our Commitment to Sustainable Events

Sustainability isn't an add-on for us — it's built into how we cook, source, and execute every event. As a chef-led company, we've always believed that where food comes from matters as much as how it tastes. These aren't policies we adopted; they're just how we work.

Examples of Our Green Practices

Green Certified Business

We are proud to be a certified green businessand continually evaluate our practices to reduce our environmental footprint.

No Single-Use Items

From sugar packets to serviceware, we make intentional choices that minimize waste. These decisions have minimal impact on budget, and we guide our clients through the process with ease.

Local Sourcing

On average, food travels over 1,500 miles before reaching the table. We prioritize sourcing from local farmers and ranchers and shop weekly at our local farmers markets. We are fortunate to have access to exceptional year-round markets — and we proudly support them.

Waste Reduction & Sorting

We actively work to reduce event waste by properly sorting compost, recycling, and landfill items. We provide clearly labeled receptacles and signage to support responsible disposal throughout your event.

Zero Food Waste

We never throw away food. Thoughtful menu planning minimizes excess, and any remaining food is donated to NoHungerHere — a nonprofit we founded during COVID-19 to get food to neighbors in need. It remains a core part of who we are, and a portion of our profits continues to support their work. We also prioritize partnerships with vendors who share our commitment to giving back.
