Roux Catering by Dee Wagner Events provides full-service farm-to-table corporate catering for companies across San Francisco and the Bay Area. From full-day conference catering at venues like the Commonwealth Club to cocktail receptions, team lunches, and client dinners, we bring seasonal menus, professional execution, and a genuine commitment to sustainability to every corporate event.

What We Do

Full-Day Conference Catering
Breakfast, all-day beverages, lunch, snack breaks, and evening cocktail receptions — we handle the entire food and beverage program for your conference or summit, start to finish. We know venues like the Commonwealth Club inside and out and can execute seamlessly in challenging spaces.

Cocktail Receptions
Passed appetizers, farm tables, stations—we can plan a reception that nourishes and excites your team. We understand flow and networking and design our menus with your goals in mind.

Working Lunches & Team Meals
Fresh, seasonal buffet or family-style lunch service for all-hands meetings, workshops, and leadership gatherings. No sad buffets from Roux Catering. Beauty and abundance that what you experience when we create your lunch buffet.

Breakfast & All-Day Beverage Service
This is really where we shine. We love designing a breakfast menu that’s healthy and empowering. We MAKE everything—-our pastries, croissants, power bars, smoothies—all of it. So no hidden ingredients only nourishing ingredients that will help you feel energized and engaged. Our coffee is fresh brewed with beans that are locally roasted. Our hot tea selection is from Rishi organic teas—we are very passionate about tea—we compliment our selection with small family farm teas from around the world. Perfectly brewed Oolongs, Pu-erh’s and Herbals.
